I read The Dalai Lama’s Cat and The Art of Purring and loved them! I gave both 5 stars on Amazon and Goodreads. I just finished a class in Mindfulness meditation, and would love to win Mindfulness is Better than Chocolate. Thanks David for making the concepts of Mindfulness and Buddhism so accessible!

I have read The Dalai Lama’s Cat and the Art of Purring twice. First of all charming and enjoyable read! However, the most wonderful part of these books is that while reading all of a sudden you realize you just remembered something you know intuitively, or you say …ah ha!! I know this..or hmmm, I just learned something!

That is what is so wonderful about these two books! They are keepers..books that I know I will re-read from time to time! love them!
